What should be considered when selecting the bearing clearance of the motor for the hydraulic pump? Dalan motor will help you solve it!

The dimensions of the bearing directly matched to the motor for the hydraulic pump include the inner ring diameter, the outer ring diameter and the thickness. It involves the clearance of bearings, precision and other specific properties such as heat and dust. It plays a vital role in the overall performance of the motor. First, the factors affecting bearing clearance

The play is an important factor in the operation of the bearing, and the play is divided into an axial play and a radial play. Choosing the proper clearance allows the load to be properly distributed between the bearing rolling elements, limiting the axial and radial displacement of the shaft (or end cap), ensuring the rotation accuracy of the shaft, and reducing vibration and noise. When choosing a bearing clearance, the following factors should be considered:

(1) When the bearing and the shaft and the end cap hole are in an interference fit, the bearing clearance is reduced;

(2) The requirements of the motor for bearing performance, such as rotation accuracy, friction torque, vibration and noise;

(3) Working conditions of the bearing, such as load, temperature, and speed.

Second, the choice of bearing clearance principle

The clearance values ​​of the bearings specified by China's national standards are divided into small clearance auxiliary groups (C1, C2 groups), basic groups (0 groups) and large clearance auxiliary groups (C3, C4, C5 groups). Under normal working conditions, the basic group should be preferred to facilitate proper working clearance of the bearing. When the basic group does not meet the usage requirements, the auxiliary group clearance should be used.

Third, the relatively suitable working clearance

The working clearance refers to the clearance of the bearing under actual operating conditions; there is also a kind of clearance called the original clearance, which refers to the clearance before the bearing is installed (the original clearance is larger than the installation clearance). The choice of clearance is mainly to choose the appropriate working clearance.

Fourth, bearing selection and performance comparison

Generally, the bearing with small friction torque and small heat generation has high speed performance. Ball bearings have higher limit speeds than roller bearings, so ball bearings should be preferred when moving at high speeds. When the radial load is small, deep groove ball bearings are used; when the radial load is large, cylindrical roller bearings are used. For combined load, the angular contact ball bearing is used when the load is small; when the load is large, the tapered roller bearing or the combination of the cylindrical roller bearing and the angular contact ball bearing is used.

Five, axial swimming performance

When the motor is working, the shaft heats up due to mechanical friction or the working medium, and thus thermal expansion and contraction occur. When selecting the type of bearing structure, the axis should be axially movable.
