1. Before assembling the hydraulic oil pump in the hydraulic system, the flashing and burrs of each part should be carefully removed to prevent the oil motor from falling in the assembly.
2. When assembling, carefully clean all parts (but do not wipe with cotton yarn).
3. After the disassembled hydraulic oil pump parts are all installed, the moving shaft should be moved flexibly and smoothly by hand, and there should be no light and heavy or blockage.
4. If it is necessary to change the direction of rotation of the hydraulic oil pump, it must first change its oil supply direction, that is, change the position of the oil inlet pipe and the return oil pipe.
5. The oil inlet and connection parts of the hydraulic oil pump should be well sealed and reliable. There must be no looseness to avoid mixing air and affecting its working performance.
6. The working oil must be filtered. The fuel tank should be sealed and sealed to prevent impurities and dirt from mixing into the oil. At the same time, there should be enough oil in the fuel tank, the oil level should meet the requirements, and the working oil temperature should not exceed 50 degrees.
7. The diameter of each oil inlet pipe and return oil pipe must be compatible with the actual working oil flowing through the hydraulic oil pump to avoid affecting its working performance.
8. In the case of the highest pressure difference, there shall be no leakage at the joint faces of the hydraulic oil pump cover, oil plug and oil pipe.
9. Under the condition of input and output rated differential pressure and flow, the output torque and speed should not be lower than the rated value.
10. When changing the direction of rotation, the system should not behave stagnation.
11. After assembly, the blades of the oil pump in the hydraulic system should be tightly attached to the inner surface of the stator under the action of the torsion spring. The two ends of the projectile must be embedded in the groove of the blade. After the torsion spring is installed, the sleeve should be riveted to the small shaft. At the same time, it must be ensured that the blades move flexibly in the rotor slots.
12. When the oil distribution plate is stopped, it should be close to the end surface of the stator by the force of the spring.
13. Recommended Hydraulic System The hydraulic pump station uses No. 20 hydraulic oil or mechanical oil as the working medium. When performing the performance test at the oil temperature of 50 °C, there must be no periodic noise and irregular impact sound.
14. The bearings of the hydraulic oil pump should be filled with grease once a week to maintain good lubrication and reduce friction and wear to prolong service life.
