1. Qualification standard of motor vibration value:
(1) For a rotating machine with a rated speed below 750r / min, the bearing vibration value does not exceed 0.12mm;
(2) For a rotating machine with a rated speed of 1000r / min, the vibration value of the bearing does not exceed 0.10mm;
(3) For a rotating machine with a rated speed of 1500r / min, the bearing vibration value does not exceed 0.085mm;
(4) For a rotating machine with a rated speed of 3000r / min, the bearing vibration value does not exceed 0.05mm.
2. Ten Reasons for Motor Vibration
1. The rotor, coupler, coupling, transmission wheel (brake wheel) is caused by imbalance.
2. The iron core bracket is loose, the oblique key and pin are invalid and loose, and the rotor is not tightly bound, which will cause the rotating part to be unbalanced.
3. The linkage part of the shaft system is misaligned, the center lines do not coincide, and the centering is incorrect. The cause of this failure is mainly caused by poor alignment and improper installation during the installation process.
4. The center line of the linkage part coincides in the cold state, but after running for a period of time, due to the deformation of the rotor fulcrum and foundation, the center line is destroyed again, thus generating vibration.
5. The gears and couplings connected to the motor are faulty, the gears are poorly engaged, the gear teeth are seriously worn, the wheels are poorly lubricated, the couplings are skewed and misaligned, the toothed gears are in the wrong shape, the tooth pitch is wrong, and the gap is too Large or severe wear will cause a certain amount of vibration.
6. The structural defects of the motor itself, the ellipse of the journal, the bending of the rotating shaft, the gap between the shaft and the bush are too large or too small, and the rigidity of the bearing seat, the foundation plate, a part of the foundation and the entire motor installation foundation is not enough.
7. Problems with installation, loose fixing between motor and foundation board, loose foot bolts, loose bearing housing and foundation board, etc.
8. If the gap between the shaft and the bearing bush is too large or too small, it will not only cause vibration but also cause abnormal lubrication and temperature of the bearing bush.
9. The load conduction vibration dragged by the motor, such as the vibration of the fan and water pump dragged by the motor, causes the motor to vibrate.
10. Wrong connection of stator of AC motor, short circuit of winding rotor winding, short circuit between excitation windings of synchronous motor, incorrect connection of excitation coil of synchronous motor, broken rotor of squirrel cage asynchronous motor, deformation of rotor core caused by stator core and uneven rotor air gap, Causes air gap magnetic flux imbalance and causes vibration.
