JP Pumps has developed a new line of process pumps to meet the latest API610 requirements. According to the company, this pump incorporates the engine's integrated design, substrate, accessories and excellent hydraulic performance.
This range includes the Combipro Centrifugal Pump, which is well suited for refinery liquid transfer and chemical needs, and its unique design allows it to be operated in a wide range of process conditions. This series offers a model that can operate at system pressures up to 35 bar, capacity up to 350 m3/hour and height of 160 m. The operating temperature range is -30 ° C to +350 ° C.
JPPumps, part of the SPX Process Equipment Operation, has developed the Combipro single-platform high-end centrifugal pump series that has become part of the Johnson Pump CombiSystem. All pumps in this series have a common hydraulic design that is interchangeable between parts and subassembly components. Its sealed space is designed for all types of seals, especially the API682 cartridge seal. The pump is mounted on a welded steel base plate with a reinforced base and support bracket, in accordance with API610.
According to the company, this reliable and rugged construction extends the life of the bearings and seals and allows for safe operation in extremely demanding conditions.
