The reason of hydraulic pump noise and its elimination

Sealing air: air is sucked during the rotation: a paper pad is inserted between the pump body and the pump cover; Body and the pump cover vertical error of not more than 0.005mm, fastening pump body and the pump cover connection, there should be no leakage. 4) pump shaft and motor coupling is not the same heart, a distortion of friction: adjust the pump and motor coupling concentricity, so that the error does not exceed 0.2mm. 5) The meshing accuracy of pump gear is not enough: The gear meshing precision is reached on the grinding gear. 6) pump shaft seal skeleton off, the pump is not sealed: replace the pump shaft seal qualified.
