In the manufacturing process of the motor, the processing technology of the main parts occupies a very important position, which is related to the performance of the entire hydraulic oil pump motor. The following editor of Dalan Motor will introduce the impact of unprocessed parts on the motor.
(1) The outer diameter of the rotor core is too small or the inner diameter of the stator core is too large, the axial offset between the stator and rotor core, and the magnetic permeability of the electrical steel sheet are low, which will cause the no-load current to increase and the power factor to decrease.
(2) The quality of the stator and rotor cores is poor, and the length of the net core is insufficient, which causes the motor no-load current and iron consumption to increase, and the power factor and efficiency to decrease.
(3) The rotor skew is too large, the rotor core is not stacked neatly, and the size of the slot is reduced, which will cause the rotor slot leakage resistance to increase, the reactance current to increase, the power factor, maximum torque and starting torque to decrease.
(4) Excessive burrs on the stator punching plate, poor insulation quality on the surface of the stator punching plate, or excessive unit loss of the electrical steel sheet due to excessive press-fitting pressure will cause increased iron consumption, reduced efficiency, and increased temperature rise.
(5) When the winding force is too large, the diameter of the wire becomes thinner, the resistance of the stator winding increases, the aluminum consumption of the rotor increases, the efficiency decreases, and the temperature rise increases.
(6) Cast aluminum rotor aluminum cage conductors have defects such as underfilling, air holes and shrinkage holes, which will lead to increased rotor resistance, increased rotor aluminum consumption, reduced efficiency and increased slip rate.
(7) Different axial degrees of components, poor assembly and bearing working clearance are too small, improper selection of grease penetration or excessive filling volume will cause large mechanical losses and reduce efficiency.
(8) The outer diameter of the rotor is too large, and the air gap is reduced. May cause increased stray losses and increased leakage resistance, reduced efficiency, increased temperature rise, and reduced maximum torque and starting.
(9) The insulation resistance between the groove part of the rotor core and the guide bar is small or the aluminum between the sheets increases the lateral current, the stray loss increases, the temperature rise increases, and the efficiency decreases.
(10) Poor contact between the stator core of the self-fan-cooled enclosed motor and the machine base affects the heat dissipation effect of the motor and the temperature rise is increased.
