Precautions
Because of the high pressure of the ultra-high pressure manual hydraulic pump, a leak check must be performed before use. During the inspection, close the unloading valve and press the operating handle up and down to observe the pointer of the pressure gauge. When the pressure is stable at about 60% of the full scale, the operation is stopped. Observe whether there are any leakages in the connecting parts of the oil pump and observe whether the pressure gauge is stable. After inspection, slowly rotate the unload valve on the UHP manual hydraulic pump until the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero.
