NYP24 high viscosity pump structure and advantages

NYP24 high-viscosity pump is a new type of positive displacement pump developed according to the needs of industries such as petroleum, chemical, paint, grease, medicine, dyestuff, food, etc. It is widely used because it can use different materials and its unique structure. Different nature, different viscosity media delivery.
Suitable medium temperature: -10°C-200°C (the applicable temperature of NYP0.78 and NYP2.3 is -10°C-80°C).
Applicable media viscosity: 1.0cst-300,000cst (NYP0.78 and NYP2.3 applicable viscosity is 1.0cst-10,000cst)
NYP24 high viscosity pump structure:
The pump is mainly composed of inner and outer rotors, shafts, pump bodies, front covers, brackets, seals, and bearings. Sealed with mechanical seal and packing seal in two forms, for high temperature, high viscosity and corrosive medium, use packing seal.
When transporting easily crystallized materials, thermal jackets can be designed on the front cover and the pump body, and they can be melted by steam insulation during work. The clockwise rotation of the pump is seen from the extended end of the main shaft.
