Manual hydraulic pump use and safety precautions

A. Normal use of the oil pump: When the pressure is 63MPa, the performance of the oil pump is fully exerted. It is the most reasonable use, and there is no need to adjust it everywhere. When the actual working pressure is lower than 63 MPa, there is no need to adjust everywhere.

B. Expand the scope of use of the oil pump: In order to adapt to the matching oil tank, it can work under a pressure of 63 MPa. At this point, the pressure gauge is first connected to the hose and the high pressure valve is adjusted. When the pressure is expressed to the working pressure of the cylinder, it can be used. In order to meet the needs of large-tonnage, large-stroke operations, a large fuel tank or auxiliary fuel tank can be designed and manufactured separately.

C, manual hydraulic pump safety precautions:

1) Do not work above 63MPa pressure. Do not arbitrarily adjust the high and low pressure valves.

2) The handle should be shaken steadily during the work, so that the oil circuit cannot be impulsive so that the valves can work permanently.

3) Slowly twist the handwheel during decompression and do not allow the decompression to overspeed.

4) When the amount of oil is not enough, the oil may not be injected under pressure, so as to avoid the existence of pressure in the oil storage pipe when returning oil.

5) Make sure that all parts are properly connected before working.

6) The high-pressure hose is used for pressure test every six months to prevent accidental aging of the hose. The test pressure is less than 90 MPa, that is, it cannot be used when there is a convex leakage.
