The US PAC dual-output hydraulic power station is a multi-purpose dual-output hydraulic pump. The double-return power station can output a single 40 liters/minute flow, or simultaneously output a second 20 liters/minute flow to provide power for two hydraulic tools.

1 . Check if the oil level of the retarder tank, high pressure pump and emulsion tank is at the specified oil level and water level.

2 . Check the safety valve, pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, water level gauge, liquid level indicator is sensitive and correct; the pressure gauge and safety valve are calibrated once a year; the safety valve is regularly tested for exhaust to prevent the valve core from sticking and the valve hole Blocked.

3 . Check all parts of the pump, valves, solenoid valves, pipelines, etc. are good, no leakage, leakage, leakage, check the electrical connection ( ground ) line is solid and reliable, stop the pump for more than a week, to measure whether the main motor insulation Good; check whether the contact signal with the hydraulic press is correct and reliable.

4 . Open pump sequence:

(1) check to be actuated pumps, water (air) valve on the tanks and piping, water valves, circulation valve, whether or not all in the open position, the open pump head high-pressure pump discharge valve and the cooling water valve of the lubricating oil pump;

(2) Start the lubricant pump and run for 1 to 2 minutes. The oil pressure is 0 . 15 to 0 . 2 MPa, after the lubricating oil indicator shows normal, start the main motor of the high pressure pump;

(3) After the pump head is exhausted, close the exhaust valve immediately;

(4) After the high pressure pump operating normally, circulating valve closing electromagnet power supply, power cord plug pressure, until the water level rises above level 4, the solenoid switch valve closing minimum level, the water level rose to 7 (according to The design of the pump house can also issue a "can work" signal in advance . The water press can issue a "workable" signal and the hydraulic press can start working.

5 . When opening and closing the valve, - to stand on the side of the stem, slowly rotate.

6 . During work, it is not allowed to leave the work station. The control instrument and water level indicator shall be closely monitored for normal operation. If false water level occurs, measures shall be taken immediately and all equipment shall be inspected once every 10 to 15 minutes . The operation shall be recorded once an hour. Temperature, bearing temperature must not exceed 50 °C , emulsion temperature must not exceed 60 °C , cooling water temperature must not exceed 40 °C , and motor temperature must not exceed rated temperature rise.

7 . When the overpressure is found, immediately unplug the pressure plug and cut off the main power supply. After the water level drops to normal, the hydraulic press is notified to stop working. After the repair is resumed, the work can continue.

8 . With soapy water impoundment (gas) tank, valve, pipe leaks, if frost condensate (water), the description of serious leak, should be repaired. If you want to freeze, turn off the open flame.

9 . When the following conditions are found, press the “emergency stop” button to stop and shut off the relevant valve that needs to be closed, and send an “emergency stop” signal to the hydraulic press.

(1) In the event of overpressure or overheating, the measures cannot be taken down;

(2) When there is abnormal noise or vibration;

(3) When pressure gauges, electrical contact pressure gauges, and liquid level indicators are displayed incorrectly or fail;

(4) Sudden occurrence of serious leakage can not be blocked;

(5) When solenoid control failure does not work.

10 . Stop pump sequence:

(1) After receiving the “Demand Shutdown” signal from the hydraulic press, immediately give the hydraulic press

Send back "can be down" signal;

(2) Supplement the water level of the storage tank to level 7 or above;

(3) Unplug the pressure plug, cut off the minimum level valve solenoid power;

(4) Shut off the power supply of the pump and do not allow the pump to be stopped with a load;

(5) After the high-pressure pump stops running, shut off the lubricating oil pump and turn off the lubricating oil cooling water valve.

11 . When inflated to water (gas) tank, the high pressure pump should be stopped, the inflator should comply with "high pressure air compressor safe operation."

12 . It is not allowed to knock on pressured equipment, containers, pipes, valves, etc. When disassembling, overhauling, and adjusting the high-pressure pump, it must work after pressure relief and power off.
