How to troubleshoot the high temperature pump

High temperature pump skeleton oil seal damaged or installed within the shaft seal oil seal spring off
1. Remove dirt, smooth the suction pipe, or use a suitable oil filter 2. Add oil to the connection site or seal, if the noise is reduced, tighten the joint or replace the seal, the oil return pipe mouth should be below the oil surface, and the suction pipe must have a certain distance
3. Adjust concentric, remove abrasions 4. Replace the gear or grinding on the research
5. Check the skeleton oil seal, replace damaged to avoid inhaling air
Hydraulic pump rotation is not flexible or killed
1. Axial clearance and radial clearance is too small 2. Poor assembly, CB-type cover, poor concentricity with the shaft, long shaft spring tightening legs too long, needle sleeve quality is too poor 3. Poor coupling between pump and motor
4. Impurities in the fluid are absorbed into the pump body
1. Repair parts 2. Reassemble as required 3. Adjust so that different axis does not exceed 0.2mm4. Prevent the surrounding sand, iron and cooling water and other objects into the oil pool, to keep the oil clean.
