1,     For high-power pumps, the pump - motor assembly should not be mounted on the tank, and the mounting table should be made of rigid materials. The pump and motor should be supported on a common basis and supported on a common basis, and the lower feet should be fixed securely.

The oil leakage at the oil seal of the pump shaft and the oil seal are repeatedly broken. The phenomenon of general pump drain pipe back pressure should not exceed 0.3MPa .

4,     The inlet pipe of the pump cannot be connected to the return pipe of the overflow valve, because the return pipe of the overflow valve discharges hot oil. If the hot oil is sucked into the pump without cooling the tank, it will cause a vicious circle of temperature rise of the hydraulic system. The higher the higher, leading to many failures.

5,     A layer of anti-vibration hard rubber should be installed between the motor base and the motor ; the coupling between the pump and the motor should use a flexible coupling, and the length of the connection between the shaft and the coupling should be less than 2/3 . , And with a good fit, remove the coupling to use special tools such as puller, be sure to install the coupling to avoid hitting the pump shaft.

6,     Regardless of whether the pump is installed with a flanged round bearing or a right-angled bearing, the different axes of the two axes shall not be greater than 0. 05mm . If an elastic or flexible coupling is used, the different axes of the two axes shall not be greater than 0.1mm . The two-axis angular error should be controlled within 0.5 degrees.
The end of the drive shaft and the end of the pump should be kept at a distance of 2-3 mm . The elastic coupling should be used. There should be 3 mm gap between the two end surfaces of the pump to prevent the pump shaft and motor shaft from dying.

7,     Pump suction height must not be greater than the low oil level 500mm.

8,     Try not to use the drive belt, chain and gear to drive the pump, because it will make the pump to withstand a large radial load, causing partial wear of the pump components, shorten the pump's life. When it is imperative to do so, take measures to reduce radial forces on the shaft.

9,     The suction pipe diameter of the hydraulic pump shall not be less than the pump inlet diameter, and the suction flow rate of the suction oil filter shall not be less than twice the flow rate of the hydraulic pump.
