The production process of the hydraulic oil pump motor is very complicated, including the manufacture of the casing, coil winding and embedding, and coil impregnation treatment. Among them, the greatest fire hazard is the coil dipping treatment process, which mainly includes pre-baking, painting and drying. Today, the editor of Dalan Motor will explain this topic to everyone.
1. Fire hazard
(1) A large amount of static electricity will be generated during the process of filtration, pouring, and stirring. If it is not released in time and accumulates into high-voltage static electricity, it will cause danger.
(2) When the electric heating method is used for pre-bake operation, if the temperature rise is out of control, it may cause a fire.
(3) A large amount of combustible and flammable gas will be generated during the process of hot impregnation and pre-baking. When the concentration reaches a certain level, it will easily burn and explode in case of open flame or arc.
(4) The drying operation is too fast, and the coil droplets after the motor is immersed are not dried before drying, and the residual droplets when using the heating wire drying may cause fire.
2. Prevention
(1) The pre-baking process uses steam heating or vacuum heating, and the pre-baking temperature and time are controlled according to the heat resistance level of the insulating material, the pre-baking equipment and the coil structure, to prevent the pre-baking temperature from being too high or too long. Fire hazard.
(2) When the hot-dip method is used for the dipping operation, the hot-dip workshop should be a building of Class I or Class II fire resistance, the room should be well ventilated, and the fan impeller should be made of non-ferrous metals. All open flames and operations that can generate sparks are strictly prohibited in the workshop. All electrical equipment should meet explosion-proof requirements and maintain good grounding. When cleaning the mandrel with toluene, the movement should be light to prevent splashing.
(3) When using the vacuum pressure method for the paint dipping operation, in addition to the fire protection requirements of the hot dipping method, it should also be noted that inert gas is used for pressure; the paint solution for dipping should be frequently tested and filtered to eliminate it Impurities; filter with a metal mesh when pouring paint, the amount of pouring should be small, and should be slow when stirring to avoid static electricity.
(4) When drying, the drying room should maintain good ventilation conditions. If mechanical ventilation is used, the axial blower should adopt explosion-proof devices. The hot air sent into the drying room should not be recycled. The drying room should be equipped with a spring door without latch. Use drying methods such as steam heating, hot air drying or vacuum drying to avoid the use of electric wire drying.
(5) When overhauling the drying room, the relevant approval procedures should be completed before the fire is started, and only after approval. The hot work room should be well ventilated, and all hot work equipment piping close to the dip tank equipment room should be removed. The immersion tank must be evacuated and the paint tank must be removed from the hot spot detection site.
(6) Unit operations with similar production properties, such as pre-baking, dipping, and drying, should be concentrated in the same fireproof building to facilitate production and management.
(7) The paints, thinners, etc. required for on-site dipping should be used according to the amount used, and the storage time should generally not exceed one day. After use, it should be sealed with a lid and stored in a metal container.
