Electric high-pressure pump safe operating procedures

     1. Observe the relevant part of the "safe operating procedures motor".

2. Before starting the application of hand to promote continuous section, check the pump and motor installation is correct, with or without clogging.

3. Before starting should do the following:

1) Fix the outlet pipe, stop standing or placing objects in front of the outlet.

2) The pump body should be filled with water, no water idling.

3) Close the outlet pipe valve and pressure gauge cock.

4. Start the pump should be followed by opening the pressure gauge cock, until the pressure reaches the rated value, open the vacuum gauge cock, and then gradually release the outlet valve.

5. The pump stop sequence should be reversed in the above order.

6. Pump running bearing temperature shall not exceed 750C.

7. Long-term non-use of the pump water pump should be cleared, and the inlet and outlet closed.
