Motor manufacturers should pay special attention to the control of enameled wire. Some motor manufacturers are equipped with the necessary testing equipment. Cover paint:
The cover paint is used to coat the impregnated coil and the insulating component, and a uniform thickness of the insulating protective layer is formed on the surface thereof to prevent the mechanical insulation of the device from being damaged by the mechanical and chemical substances and the surface insulating strength. Therefore, the cover paint is required to have the characteristics of quick drying, strong adhesion, hard paint film, high mechanical strength, moisture resistance, oil resistance and corrosion resistance.
Silicon steel sheet paint:
Silicon steel sheet is also the main raw material of the motor. Silicon steel sheet paint is used to coat silicon steel sheet to reduce the eddy current loss of the core and enhance corrosion resistance. After the silicon steel sheet paint is applied, it needs to be dried at a high temperature for a short time. It is characterized by thin layers, strong adhesion, hardness, smoothness, uniform thickness, oil resistance, moisture resistance and good electrical performance.
Anti-corona paint:
Corona discharge is a discharge phenomenon in which a localized air is ionized to generate a blue halo in a highly inhomogeneous electric field. For example, it is used for coil ends with high voltage in large high voltage motors. Many motor manufacturers apply anti-corona paint on the surface of the stator and rotor and the rotor after spraying.
