"Burst" accident occurred in hydraulic oil pump motor? What caused it? Today, the editor of Dalan Motor simply summarized the following 8 reasons:
(1) The overload operation time is too long, the current is too large, and the winding is overheated and burns out.
(2) The voltage is too high, the current increases, the magnetic flux in the iron core increases, the loss increases and heat is generated; the voltage is too low, the motor with a large load is overheated.
(3) The motor is poorly ventilated, unable to dissipate heat, or the mechanical transmission is jammed, the operation is not effective, and the friction resistance is too large, causing the motor temperature to rise too high and burn.
(4) Single-phase operation. One phase of the three-phase power supply is disconnected, causing the two-phase winding of the motor to overheat and collapse.
(5) The insulation of the motor winding is damaged and a short circuit occurs, causing the motor to heat and collapse.
(6) The friction between the motor rotor and the winding damages the insulation of the winding, causing the motor to short-circuit and burn.
(7) Incorrect wiring. An error occurs in the wiring of the motor, which reverses the phase of the one-phase winding, causing the motor to collapse.
(8) The motor starts frequently, causing the motor to heat and collapse.
