On the basis of prototype products, Heping Forging further develops various core intelligent manufacturing technologies such as pressure grading, closed-loop control, redundant monitoring, remote diagnosis and automation for different user process requirements, and the fast-reduction speed reaches 700-800mm/s. The working speed reaches 46-250mm/s, and the return speed reaches 550mm/s. Its speed is more than twice that of the domestic advanced fast hydraulic press. Compared with similar hydraulic presses, it has the characteristics of small installed power and energy saving. The overall technology has reached the international advanced level. Meet the needs of high speed stamping.


The high-speed hydraulic press is a special equipment necessary for the production of high-strength steel plates. The automotive structural parts produced by this technology have ultra-high strength, high hardness and light weight (the thickness is 35% thinner than ordinary steel plates), and there is almost no rebound ( The technical advantages are obvious when the manufacturing precision is high. A few high-speed hydraulic press production lines currently used in China are all imported products. The successful development of high-speed hydraulic presses in CNC machine tools has broken the monopoly position of developed countries in this field.
