Disassembling the hydraulic oil pump motor is not difficult for many customers and friends, so what should be paid attention to during the disassembly? Dalan Motor Editor reminds you that these 7 details can't be careless.

(1) The tools used should be suitable, especially screw wrenches, screwdrivers, etc. Inappropriate tools may seriously damage the coupling. Such as nuts, etc., cause greater difficulties in disassembly and assembly work.

(2) When removing the mounting bolts of the bearing cover and the end cover, loosen a little bit one by one, and remove them diagonally. The purpose of this is to prevent the local deformation or even cracking of the component due to the stress of the component after the bolt is completely removed. When assembling, the corners should be tightened gradually.

(3) When necessary, some marks should be made on the original matching position before disassembly to facilitate the restoration of the original state when the motor is assembled in the future.

(4) If a screw is not easy to twist due to rust, you can first put some oil or kerosene on the thread, and then use a wrench to turn it after a period of time. It is strictly forbidden to forcibly screw, otherwise the nut will be rounded or the bolt will be broken, which will cause great difficulty in disassembly.

(5) When removing the end cover when the rotor is not pulled out, care should be taken to prevent the shaft extension from being damaged when the end cover is dropped.

(6) The removed parts should be properly protected, and special parts should be paid more attention (if it is lost, it may cause the whole machine to be unable to be repaired). Special care should be taken to prevent the mating surfaces (such as the stop part) from being bumped by metal or other hard objects.
