1. Bearing surface peeling
When the bearing rotates under load, the raceway surfaces or rolling body surfaces of the inner and outer rings of the bearing show scaly peeling due to rolling fatigue. The main causes of this problem include:
(1) Excessive load and poor installation;
(2) Torque load foreign matter intrusion and water ingress;
(3) Poor lubrication, unsuitable lubricant, and inappropriate bearing clearance;
(4) The precision of the bearing room is not good, and the rigidity of the bearing room is uneven;
(5) The deflection of the shaft is large;
(6) Surface deformation such as rust, erosion points, scratches and indentation.
2. Bearing surface peeling
The bearing surface presents a dark surface with slight wear.
The main causes of this problem include:
(1) The lubricant is not suitable;
(2) Foreign matter has entered the grease;
(3) Rough surface caused by poor lubricant;
(4) The surface roughness of the matching rolling parts does not meet the requirements.
Three, bearing stuck
The so-called seizure is due to a partial burn on the sliding surface that causes damage to the motor bearing surface. Linear scratches appeared on the circumferential direction of the slide surface and rolling surface.
The cycloidal flaws on the roller end surface and the collar surface near the roller end surface are stuck. The main reasons:
(1) Excessive load and excessive preload;
(2) Poor lubrication. Foreign body bite;
(3) The inclination of the inner and outer rings and the deflection of the shaft;
(4) The precision of the shaft and bearing chamber is poor.
4. Partial fracture of the bearing
The so-called breakage refers to a small part of the breakage caused by excessive impact or excessive load applied to the ribs or roller angles of the raceway wheels;
(1) It was hit during installation;
(2) The load is too large;
(3) Drop or bad use.
5. Bearing cracks and cracks
The so-called crack refers to the crack damage of the raceway wheel or rolling element. If you continue to use it, there will be cracks or even cracks. The main reasons include:
(1) Excessive amount of interference;
(2) Excessive load or impact load.
(3) The problem of surface peeling intensified.
6. Bearing has indentation
Small metal powder or other foreign matter bites into the motor bearing, resulting in dents on the raceway surface or rotating surface.
Based on the above analysis of injury symptoms and their causes, the following countermeasures should be taken:
(1) Strengthen bearing sealing measures to avoid foreign body intrusion;
(2) The selection of lubrication must be carefully selected and verified according to the actual operating conditions of the motor before being used in batches;
(3) The lubrication system should be able to effectively prevent the loss of grease. The inevitable vibration of grease flow and the centrifugal action of the oil-sling ring are planned as a circulation system to balance the grease loss and self-replenishment;
(4) Avoid the impact load caused by shaft current electric corrosion and vibration;
(5) The tightness of the cooperation between the bearing ring, the shaft and the bearing housing of the end cover is strictly controlled.
(6) Replace defective bearings.
