When there is a problem with the bearing of the hydraulic oil pump motor, we thought it would be better to replace the bearing. 1. Peeling off the bearing surface

When the bearing rotates under load, the raceway surface or rolling body surface of the inner ring and outer ring of the bearing exhibits scale-like peeling phenomenon due to rolling fatigue. The main reasons for this problem include:

(1) Excessive load and poor installation;

(2) Moment load foreign body intrusion and water ingress;

(3) Poor lubrication, improper lubricant, and improper bearing clearance;

(4) The accuracy of the bearing chamber is not good, and the rigidity of the bearing chamber is uneven;

(5) The deflection of the shaft is large;

(6) Surface deformation such as rust, corroded spots, scratches and indentations.

2. Peeling of bearing surface

The bearing surface presents a dark surface with slight wear.

The main causes of this problem include:

(1) The lubricant is not suitable;

(2) Foreign matter has entered the grease;

(3) The surface is rough due to poor lubricant;

(4) The surface roughness of the matched rolling parts does not meet the requirements.

Third, the bearing is stuck

The so-called seizure is caused by a small burn on the sliding surface that causes damage to the motor bearing surface. Linear scars appear in the circumferential direction of the slideway surface and the rolling surface.

Cycloid-like scars on the roller end surface, and the collar surface close to the roller end surface is jammed. The main reason:

(1) Excessive load and excessive preload;

(2) Poor lubrication. Foreign body bite in;

(3) Inclination of inner ring and outer ring, deflection of shaft;

(4) The accuracy of the shaft and bearing chamber is poor.

Fourth, the bearing is partially broken

The so-called fracture refers to a small part of the fracture caused by excessive impact or excessive load on the ribs or roller corners of the raceway wheel; the reasons may be:

(1) It was hit during installation;

(2) The load is too large;

(3) Dropped or poorly used.

Five, bearing cracks and cracks

The so-called crack refers to the crack damage of the race wheel or rolling element. If you continue to use it, cracks or even cracks will appear. The main reasons include:

(1) Excessive interference;

(2) Subject to excessive load or impact load.

(3) The problem of surface peeling has increased.

Six, the bearing has indentation

Small metal powder or other foreign matter is bitten into the motor bearing, causing dents on the raceway surface or the rotating surface.

Based on the above analysis of injury symptoms and their causes, the following countermeasures should be taken:

(1) Strengthen bearing sealing measures to avoid foreign matter intrusion;

(2) The selection of lubrication must be carefully selected according to the actual operating conditions of the motor and verified before being used in batches;

(3) The lubrication system should be able to effectively prevent the loss of grease, and the inevitable vibrating grease flow and the centrifugal effect of the oil sling ring should be planned as a circulatory system to balance the loss of grease and self-replenishment;

(4) Avoid shock loads caused by shaft current galvanic corrosion and vibration;

(5) The tightness of the matching between the bearing ring and the shaft and end cover bearing chamber is strictly controlled.

(6) Replace defective bearings.
